K2 is hiring a part-time office manager.
This position is 24 hours a week: Monday – Thursday from 9 am – 3 pm.
Responsibilities include: Answering phones and emails, ordering supplies, scheduling
volunteers, bank deposits, database entry, managing calendars, and other various
administrative tasks which support Finance, Outreach, Life Together, Student Ministries
and other office staff at K2 the Church.
Technical skills needed are: Experienced in the use of both Word and Excel. An
understanding of QuickBooks is helpful but can be taught. Must be willing and capable
to learn new software tools, such as our church database software.
Personal skills needed are: Great with people, good verbal and written communications,
excellent time management, the ability to keep things confidential when necessary, and
the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Spiritual qualifications: Must be a baptized believer who regularly attends K2 or is willing
to attend K2 regularly.
